Terms & Conditions

RESERVATION POLICIES:

There is no minimum booking fee. Only cats from the same home can share.
All boarding fees are charged on a daily basis (if you collect your cat before 12pm on the last day of boarding, you will not be charged for that day), this includes the day of arrival and departure. Full payment is required on the first day of boarding.

A 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking for each cat, which will then be taken off the cost of his or her stay. All prices include a high quality feed and complementary grooming. We accept payments by cheque or cash.

Refunds cannot be given for early returns. Alterations to dates giving two weeks or more notice will incur a £5 per date administration charge. Any subsequent or alterations made to bookings within two weeks of the arrival date will incur an administration charge of £10 per date.

To reserve a place for any animal, a completed booking form, together with a deposit is required from all customers before a booking is accepted. As we operate on a ‘first come, first served’ basis with bookings, it is essential that booking forms and deposits are received to avoid disappointment.

Temperament & Condition:

In the event of your animal falling ill during boarding we reserve the right to call in a veterinary surgeon (if you haven’t provided us with your usual veterinary contact details, we will use Gower Vets as standard). All costs to be paid by the owner. This will include any veterinary call-out charges, transportation etc. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds to cover this. We reserve the right to turn away any animal which they feel is not suitable to be boarded.

Belongings:

Beds and toys are not required (but you can bring in your own for your pets comfort) as they will be supplied. Please note, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to customer belongings, i.e. any type of bedding, toys, leads, collars etc. It is stressed that all cats must be in a secure basket / carrier at all times when owners bring them in and also when they are collected as we accept no responsibility for loss or injury.

Vaccinations:

To be accepted into the cattery, all cats must be fully inoculated against Flu, Enteritis and Feline Leukaemia within the last 12 months. Vaccination certificates must be seen prior to boarding.
